Chennai police arrested Safeer Karim, a trainee IPS officer from Tirunelveli
after Intelligence Bureau officers caught him cheating in the Union Public
Service Commission (Main) Examination at a test centre in Chennai, and the
Hyderabad arrested Karim's wife Joicy Joy and the director of the La
Excellence IAS academy P Rambabu into custody for helping Karim.
