SCHOOL CAN'T SEND CHILDREN OUT OF CLASSROOM, DIRECTOR AND PRINCIPAL CONVICTED BY A DELHI COURT

A court in Delhi sentenced the principal and director of a city-based school to two-months’ imprisonment according to the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) Act, and also asked them to pay Rs 2.5 lakh each as compensation, for cruelty and causing mental trauma to a minor student by stopping her from entering the classroom.
