Cyberabad
police have arrested four persons, including two brothers from Dubai, for
exploiting women from the city under the guise of marriage, and the police said
that the prime accused and his younger brother had come to Hyderabad to fulfill
their carnal desires on the pretext of marriage and planned to flee back to
Dubai.
