The
Drug peddlers are using new ways to supply drugs to students and people. If a
new addict, who wishes to join the drug bandwagon, has to be introduced by his/her
peer (person already member in that group) before the peddler sells the
narcotics directly to the person and includes them in their network and
communication groups.
