SOON AMENDMENT TO NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENT ACT TO DEAL WITH CHEQUE BOUNCE CASES: GOVERNMENT

Soon the Central government is going to amend the Negotiable Instrument Act for cheque bounce cases and thinking to make it a non-bailable offence for defaulters, who issue cheque without having enough money in the bank.
