Courts should avoid staying arrests of accused : AP & Telangana High Court.

Hon'ble High Court of A.p. & Telangana, said that courts should not ordinarily stay the process of or arrests and further said that if a stay is imposed on the arrest of accused in a case, the Judge should state the reasons clearly.

Hon'ble Supreme Court of India ordered for FIR against Asaram Bapu.

Hon'ble Supreme Court of India pass orders for FIR against Asaram Bapu for forging Medical documents for obtaining bail. Further refused to grant bail to him in sexual assault case of minor. Asaram Bapu admitted that the letter was fake. Asaram Bapu was found stable by AIIMS Medical Board constituted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
